Ordering & Customization
Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. This is because we begin processing your custom-designed items immediately to ensure timely delivery. However, if you no longer want the item, you can return it for a refund, just contact us in this case
Can I customize or request changes to a design?
A: At this time, all designs are pre-made and cannot be customized. However, we release new designs every day, so keep an eye on our collection for something that matches your style!
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Since all our products are made using a print-on-demand process, it takes 3–10 business days to prepare your order. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. For more details, visit our Shipping Information.
Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll see exact rates and estimated delivery times at checkout.
Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor the status of your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can assist you better.

Product Care
How do I care for my T-shirt or pullover?
A: To keep your item looking its best, we recommend:
- Washing inside out in cold water.
- Avoiding bleach or harsh detergents.
- Air drying or tumble drying on low heat.
- Ironing on the reverse side to protect the print.
