At NeshtoNovo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process under the following terms:

Return Conditions

• Timeframe : You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. This complies with consumer protection laws.
• Condition : Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

1. Contact Us : Before returning an item, please reach out to us via our Contact Page or email us at info@neshtonovo.com to notify us of your return.
2. Return Shipping :
   • Returns are at the customer’s expense .
   • If needed, we can provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.
   
   
3. Send It Back : Ship the item(s) to the address provided in our response. Please include your order number and a note explaining the reason for the return.
4. Refund Processing : Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days . Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Important Notes

• Refund Amount : The refund will include the product price only. Any shipping costs (including the cost of a prepaid return label, if used) will not be refunded.
• Exchanges : Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or design, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items : If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
